Senior Product Manager – Active Fixed Income

Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will shape the Active Fixed Income product strategy and lead end-to-end lifecycle across funds, ETFs, and separate accounts. You’ll collaborate with Investment, Distribution and broader teams to deliver client-focused, regulatorily compliant solutions that support sustainable growth. Your work spans product design, launches, governance, and ongoing performance reviews, with exposure to governance committees and boards. This role offers impact through shaping products that align with the firm’s long-term value creation and sustainable investment ambition.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income and liquidity products across multiple investment vehicles
• Manage product launches, amendments, mergers and closures to meet commercial and client needs
• Coordinate projects by defining milestones, actions, and risk management with subject-matter experts
• Ensure product activity complies with regulatory, governance, risk, and policy requirements
• Review commercial viability and performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide technical product expertise on proposition design, regulation, tax, disclosures and operations
• Analyze client, competitor and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness
• Build collaborative relationships across Investment, Distribution, Operations, service providers and governance forums

Key requirements

• Extensive knowledge of international asset management and fund launches across relevant jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies and client selection processes
• Solid knowledge of pooled product structures (UCITS, non-UCITS), ETFs and separately managed accounts
• Experience in product strategy, development and end-to-end lifecycle management
• Proven project management with ability to handle priorities and multiple stakeholders
• Inclusive, collaborative approach with ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards
• High attention to detail and drive to improve processes and efficiency
• Degree or equivalent experience; professional qualifications like IMC, CFA or CAIA welcomed
