Staff Applied AI Engineer – Build Production AI Agents

Aviva is seeking a Staff Applied AI Engineer to design, build and deploy production AI agents across customer-facing and internal operations. You will own architectures for AI systems, work with product teams to realise high‑value use cases and ensure robust evaluation, memory and governance practices.

You will contribute to context pipelines, memory strategies, and enterprise tooling integration while collaborating with teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions.
