IT & OT Cyber Security Lead

Sembcorp is seeking an Assistant Manager for IT & OT cybersecurity to lead governance, risk and assurance across IT and OT environments within energy assets. You will monitor compliance with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001, and work with asset operations, engineering, and Digital teams to strengthen security controls and resilience.

The role covers audits, risk assessments, security reviews, and remote-access governance, ensuring safe, reliable operations across group assets.
