Communications Lead: Internal Engagement & Events

AG Barr is seeking a Communications Lead to shape internal and external communications across a broad range of initiatives. The role focuses predominantly on internal audiences, owning the events calendar and internal content streams to drive employee engagement, with external support in media and crisis communications.

You will act as the Communications Pillar Lead, partnering with ExCo and other senior teams, and travel 2-3 times per month across the UK.
