Retail Team Manager: Lead Sales & Store Performance

Matalan is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a high-performing, energetic team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, model Matalan values, and ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager.

You’ll coach colleagues, implement seasonal layouts, open and close the store, and use customer feedback to create a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining controls on costs and VM standards.
