Hybrid Food Safety Officer for Local Inspections

Varnom & Ross Ltd. in Hampshire seeks an experienced Food Safety Officer for a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid: 1–2 days on-site in Hampshire with additional work from home, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

You will inspect Category A–E premises, handle unrated premises, and deliver compliant inspection reports. Requires EHRB registration or higher cert and proven authority in local authority inspections. Competitive hour-rate £45-£55, negotiable per inspection, outside IR35.
