Lunchtime Support Assistant for Learners with Complex Needs

St Elizabeth’s College in Much Hadham is seeking a Midday Assistant to support learners aged 19–25 with complex needs during lunchtime. You will supervise, assist with meals, and promote safe, respectful, and engaging activities in a calm environment.

The role is part-time, term-time only, with full training provided. A DBS check is funded, and the college offers parking and welfare support as part of its caring, inclusive community.
