Commercial Property Solicitor

The Role

An established law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Bristol.

The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising a broad range of clients across a range of transactions. You will work on matters from instruction through to completion while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload.
• Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle commercial leases, renewals, assignments and licences.
• Deal with property development and investment matters where appropriate.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Manage transactions independently in line with your level of experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with colleagues and other professional advisers.
• Contribute to networking, marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, file management and client care.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Commercial Property Lawyer.
• Experience within commercial property is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and documentation.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent client-care and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development.
• Applications welcomed from candidates at different levels of experience.
