Community Dietitian: Long-Term Conditions (Diabetes/Obesity)

Barts Health NHS Trust’s Newham University Hospital is seeking a motivated dietitian with experience in long-term conditions, especially diabetes, renal disease and obesity, to join our innovative community dietetic team. You will work closely with MDTs in the community and primary care networks, providing continuity of care and contributing to education, leadership development, CPD and audit.
