COLP & Risk Leader for Legal Practice

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is working with a well-established Sheffield law firm to appoint a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). The role leads regulatory compliance, risk and governance, and reports to the Directors and senior stakeholders.

You will embed compliance across the business, advise on SRA requirements, manage breaches, oversee complaints and risk, implement policies, and drive accreditation programs such as Lexcel. You must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
