Hybrid Quantity Surveyor – Capital Projects & Procurement

Severn Trent Plc in Tamworth is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help drive the capital programme in our Waste Treatment and Bioresources team. The role combines office collaboration with field procurement, cost estimation and contract management.

You will define procurement strategies, draft NEC 4 contracts and manage supplier relations, ensuring governance and value for money while supporting project managers through the compensation event process.
