Site Supervisors x2 – Major Infrastructure Project (Gold Card)

Location: Kent

Rate: £330 per day CIS

Duration: 4 months

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Position: Site Supervisor x2

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Site Supervisors to work on a major infrastructure project in Kent.

The successful candidates will support a specialist ecological contractor with the relocation of a woodland, helping to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme and site requirements.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the works, coordinating site activities and ensuring a safe and well-organised working environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising site activities and workforce on a major infrastructure project
  • Supporting the ecological contractor during woodland relocation works
  • Coordinating daily activities and ensuring works are completed to programme
  • Monitoring health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Liaising with site management, contractors and other project personnel
  • Ensuring site procedures and RAMS are followed
  • Reporting progress and any issues to the wider project team
  • Maintaining high standards of site organisation and safetyRequirements

Requirements

  • Gold CSCS card – essential
  • Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on construction/infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
  • Experience supervising contractors and site activities
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy major-project environment
  • Previous infrastructure, highways, civil engineering or environmental works experience would be advantageous
