Overview
In this role you enable a smooth quote-to-cash cycle and support cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. You’ll work closely with sales, finance, and operations to handle quotations, orders, invoicing, and debt management while maintaining accurate records. The position offers growth in a fast-paced environment and a chance to contribute to Nomios’ UK expansion. You will be taught to leverage data and systems to support sales targets and business-wide needs, with a clear impact on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Create quotations with the sales team
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers
- Generate client invoices
- Manage overdue debt
- Administer service contracts
- Maintain accurate records and analyze reports
- Manage CRM/ERP systems
- Credit control
- Provide essential cross-functional support
