Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver on residential and industrial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance

Key requirements

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post-qualification experience in a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing projects in residential and industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is desirable
• Strong technical and presentation skills
