Global IT Support Manager – CPG/B2B, Hybrid, Travel 50%

RemoteStar is recruiting an IT Support Manager on behalf of a leading SaaS client in Spain. Hybrid work with offices in Madrid or Barcelona; travel ~50% across Europe.

You will lead a European Support Centre serving 25+ countries, oversee N2/N3 support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.

Must have 10+ years in maintenance/support, CPG/FMCG/Retail domain, and strong leadership; fluency in English and Spanish required.
