Mental Health Clinical Lead (RMN/RNLD)

Cygnet Bury Hudson is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead nursing teams across our mental health services for men. This full-time role (40 hours) requires on-call coverage and strong leadership to drive clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee clinical care, coordinate hospital teams, update documentation, and support staff development. Experience as RMN/RNLD with pin and 4+ years in senior nursing roles is essential; DBS clearance will be required.
