Senior Systems & Data Transformation Lead

Merton Council in London is seeking a Senior Systems Development Manager to lead the development of digital systems, data platforms and analytical capabilities across Children, Lifelong Learning and Families (CLLF), supporting major reforms currently underway.

You will chair a multidisciplinary team of Systems Developers and Senior Analysts, collaborate with service leaders, and help integrate automation, AI and advanced analytics to improve outcomes for residents.
