Controls Engineer: Bespoke Automation & 9-Day Fortnight

3P Innovation, based in Warwick, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join its collaborative engineering team. You’ll lead PLC and HMI software design, develop bespoke automation installations and manage projects from concept through to customer handover.

You’ll work with Beckhoff and/or Siemens control systems, perform FAT and on-site commissioning, and produce essential software documentation. Occasional travel (<5%) is expected.
