Paid Search Manager – Multi-Market Growth

Huel is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google media across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping in all markets we trade in. You will shape strategy, run experiments, monitor performance, and lead a direct report to drive growth.

You’ll analyze LTV, CPA and ROI with GA4/Heap, optimize feeds, and develop strong data-backed business cases for revenue and customer acquisition. Hybrid work and global impact define this role.
