Senior Site Manager – Residential – Hertfordshire

Overview

In this role you will lead a new residential project in Hertfordshire, ensuring on-time delivery of traditional-build luxury apartments and townhouses. You will work within a national developer’s team, reporting to a Project Manager or Director and guiding Assistant/Site Managers. The position focuses on coordinating internal and external site processes to keep the build on schedule. This is an opportunity to shape a high-profile residential project and contribute to accurate, safe completion.

Responsibilities

• oversee both internal and external site processes
• keep the build on schedule and on track
• manage and coordinate Assistant/Site Managers
• report to Project Manager/Director and provide progress updates
• oversee the development from inception through completion

Key requirements

• experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes (town houses and apartments) from inception through completion
• CSCS Black Card (desirable)

• CIOB membership (desirable)
