Overview

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you drive executive client engagements and onsite events at our London Briefing Center, coordinating end-to-end logistics from request to post-engagement follow-up. You work with cross-functional teams to shape briefing agendas and ensure a high-quality visitor experience. You’ll grow expertise in executive engagement, events management, and CXC operations, helping to scale our briefing program and strengthen client relationships. This role offers growth and exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate executive client briefings and onsite events from start to finish, including post-engagement follow-up
  • Collaborate with CXC and account teams to define meeting objectives and session flows with senior staff
  • Manage logistics for routine briefings and lower-complexity events; assist on more complex engagements
  • Coordinate onsite logistics (room setup, AV, catering, hospitality, visitor experience) at London CXC
  • Advise stakeholders on meeting locations, space arrangements, equipment, and hospitality
  • Track projects, manage vendor activities, and coordinate with facilities and operations to deliver on time
  • Support development and maintenance of briefing materials, content library, and SME resources
  • Contribute to CRM and briefing management processes; maintain records of engagements and outcomes
  • Assist with KPI tracking and leadership-ready performance summaries and presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the CXC programme
  • Maintain briefing toolkit guides, templates, and process documentation
  • Support campaign and programme management activities and drive continuous improvement of CXC processes
  • Demonstrate strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understand IT industry context and business needs; balance multiple tasks under pressure

Key requirements

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, events coordination, or client-facing support
  • Experience with client experience centres, corporate events, or hospitality is advantageous
  • Proven ability to coordinate logistics for events involving senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with vendors, budgets, and multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Knowledge of CRM processes; familiarity with briefing management or project tracking tools
  • English fluency; additional European languages advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, diplomatic, and composed
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline discipline
  • Strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking; ability to manage processes collaboratively
  • Experience in technology, professional services, or managed services environments beneficial
