As a General Adult Consultant in-patient psychiatrist at The Harbour, Blackpool, you join a well-established multidisciplinary team to lead clinical care for a defined caseload. Responsibilities

• Lead care as Responsible Clinician for a defined caseload
• Assess patients referred by community teams and manage admissions at The Harbour
• Provide Out of Hours cover
• Participate in Consultant On-Call rota
• Contribute to flexible job planning and cross-functional collaboration
• Engage with medical education and supervision activities

Key requirements

• Full GMC registration
• On GMC Specialist Register or eligible within 6 months
• Section 12 Approved or eligible within 3 months
• AC status or within 3 months
• UK professional registration and right to work
