Flexible Carer & Community Support Worker – West Wales

Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is seeking caring individuals to join our team, delivering replacement care and community support across West Wales, including Ammanford.

You will support children, adults and older people with a range of needs, enable unpaid carers to take a break, and build trusting relationships. We offer training, mileage, flexible hours, and DBS checks; driving licence and vehicle are required.
