Senior Support Worker – Dementia Care | Hybrid & Flexible

Worcestershire County Council’s Howbury House in Malvern is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker. The role involves supporting adults with dementia and operating a six-bed replacement bed service, with a permanent contract and a 37-hour equivalent schedule (pro rata for 20 or 25.5 hours).

Salary is £29,542–£32,046 per annum, with hybrid working options and a focus on teamwork to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Training is provided as needed.
