Overview

As a Senior Manager/Associate Director in Controls Advisory, you will lead AI risk and control work for a diverse client portfolio and contribute to building our AI governance capability. You will drive AI governance, risk assessment, and control design across engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and client value. You’ll shape how clients manage AI risks and support business development through your expertise. Responsibilities

  • Oversee AI risk and controls work for a portfolio of clients across industries
  • Deliver AI governance, risk and controls projects across engagement teams
  • Assess AI system risks, design and implement AI controls and guardrails
  • Evaluate readiness of control frameworks to meet regulatory obligations and standards
  • Communicate engagement issues and findings to senior management and client personnel
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and inclusive culture
  • Support development of AI risk capability and contribute to business development and market eminence

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting/Auditing/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant area
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanor
  • Quantitative skills and relevant experience considered a strong asset
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Collaborative teamwork and respect for diverse perspectives
  • Objective problem solving with data and standards
  • Strong understanding of AI risk domains
