Customer Service Apprenticeship: Leadership Path & Perks

Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited, through its BSS division, offers a 30-month apprenticeship to build your leadership and customer service skills while learning on the job. You will rotate across branches within your region and receive coaching, mentoring, and technical training to progress.

On successful completion, you gain Level 2 in year 1 and Level 3 in year 2, with an end point assessment at the program’s conclusion and ongoing support from an apprenticeship coach.
