Overview

As Senior People Advisory Business Partner, you will influence senior leadership decisions on people priorities and change initiatives within a fast-paced professional services environment. You’ll partner with leaders to shape people plans, provide expert employee relations support, and use data to support sound, commercially grounded decisions. The role sits at the heart of the business, offering visibility and the chance to impact colleague experience and organisational performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• Senior HR / People Advisory or Business Partner experience
• Experience in professional services or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong judgement and understanding of UK employment law
• Commercial awareness and emotional intelligence
