Operations Customer Assistant: Stock, Deliveries & Night Shifts

Marks & Spencer is hiring as a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, responsible for stock, deliveries and the vital behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.

This role is physically demanding and fast-paced. You’ll be flexible to work across the wider store, use digital tools to track deliveries, and collaborate with colleagues to keep products moving with urgency.
