Employee Relations Lead, Projects (M&A, Hybrid)

WTW is seeking an Employee Relations Lead – Projects to steer ER activity around mergers, acquisitions, transfers and organisational change. The role includes end-to-end case management, legal and regulatory compliance, and leadership across multiple business segments.

You will guide policy application, provide coaching to managers and ensure risk-balanced outcomes aligned to corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Hybrid work is available in the UK.
