Overview
In this role, you will lead a children’s residential home focused on providing therapeutic care for young people facing trauma. You’ll ensure high Ofsted standards and guide a team to implement trauma-informed, therapeutic practices. You’ll work within a mission-driven, supportive environment to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable children. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines regulatory excellence with compassionate care, offering a clear opportunity to shape outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of a children’s residential home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary care team
- Promote and supervise therapeutic care approaches for children with trauma histories
Key requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, or similar
- Experience managing Ofsted-regulated children’s homes
- Background supporting children with complex emotional needs and trauma-informed care
- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or near completion)
