Manager, Finance Consulting

Overview

As Manager in EY’s Finance Transformation practice, you will shape and deliver value and performance improvements for global clients through technology-enabled finance capabilities. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement modern finance solutions, from planning and consolidation to analytics and AI-enabled transformation. You’ll help clients articulate a compelling case for change and guide multi-year programmes in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment. This role offers impact across high-profile organisations and the chance to influence digital finance futures within EY’s trusted advisory network.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships while diagnosing critical business problems
• Lead and motivate diverse teams to design and deliver technology-enabled finance solutions
• Articulate vision for Finance and develop roadmaps with cost-benefit analyses
• Drive end-to-end implementation of relevant technologies and digital finance capabilities
• Structure and run finance transformation programmes using Agile methods
• Collect and socialise business and technical requirements for technology-enabled finance initiatives
• Architect and design technology-enabled finance solutions and data models
• Deliver governance and coaching to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience designing solutions for multinational organisations
• Multiple lifecycle implementations of EPM or Finance Analytics
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in applying modern technologies to finance and cross-functional challenges
