The position is warehouse logistics, based in Hartlepool, and will be 30+hrs with an initial 3 month trial period. The position has an immediate start date

Main responsibilities

• Co-ordinate deliveries and collections to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, manual handling and heavy lifting is involved
• Investigate late, lost or damaged deliveries working closely with agents to reach a satisfactory conclusion
• Preparation of shipping documents
• Handling telephone calls and emails from customers addressing questions clearly and professionally
• Maintaining and update shipping data ensuring up to date and accurate records
• Ensuring warehouse remains organised and in a tidy condition

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft software applications including databases
• Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to prioritise tasks
