HR Advisor – Employee Relations & People Projects

Loom Talent Limited are partnering exclusively to recruit a HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing site of around 900 employees in North Leicestershire. This is a permanent, on-site role reporting to the HR Business Partner.

You’ll provide practical HR guidance to managers, handle employee relations on the shop floor, support the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to people projects with the HR team.
