Operations Support (Late Shift)

Location: LS14

Shift: 15:00 – 22:45 (5 days per week, flexibility considered)

Training: Initial training will be completed on the day shift.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced operation. This role combines administrative and warehouse support responsibilities, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient system processing, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will thrive in a demanding environment, demonstrate excellent organisational skills, and maintain a high standard of accuracy across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage supplier returns and complete associated documentation.
  • Accurately book stock into internal systems.
  • Apply manual barcodes to stock when required.
  • Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support general warehouse and administrative activities as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good systems knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Working Pattern

This role is based on a 5-day working week, with standard hours of 15:00 – 22:45. While these are the usual working hours, flexibility may occasionally be required to support business needs and operational demands.
