Overview

In this role you will drive marketing strategy and commercial adoption for Penumbra’s Coronary and Pulmonary Embolism portfolios across EMEA. You’ll align with regional sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders to strengthen market position and support growth. You will lead product launches, market analysis, and value messaging, while building relationships with clinical leaders to drive adoption. This position offers cross-functional impact in a global, mission-driven MedTech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of EMEA-wide marketing strategies aligned with Sales and Regional Marketing priorities
  • Enable product adoption and commercial performance through collaboration with local sales and cross-functional teams
  • Support product launches including market analysis, pricing inputs, KOL engagement, and post-launch adoption
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities and inform decisions
  • Develop value messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical stakeholders across EMEA
  • Design regional marketing initiatives, congress activities, and education programs to raise awareness
  • Deliver training programs to commercial teams for strong product knowledge and clinical communication
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Market Access for integrated execution

Key requirements

  • Approximately 5 years in MedTech, preferably interventional endovascular therapies
  • Experience with Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, or similar fields
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA healthcare landscape and customer dynamics
  • Experience supporting or managing MedTech product launches considered a plus
  • Commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into tactics and growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building with clinical stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on, structured with ownership and execution focus
  • Collaborative team player with drive to support commercial success
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% across EMEA
