Chief Executive – Strategic Leader (Hybrid: London/Remote)

ILPA, based in London, is seeking a Chief Executive to provide strategic leadership and shape the future direction of the organisation. The role covers governance oversight, financial sustainability, and engagement with ILPA’s members, underpinned by a values-driven, high-performing culture.

You will collaborate with the Director of Policy and Advocacy and the legal team to influence immigration, asylum and nationality policy, and work with Trustees to deliver ILPA’s mission.
