Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Help Guests, Drive the Team

Whitbread is recruiting for a Duty Manager at Stockton-on-Tees (Teeside). The role involves leading from the floor, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure a great guest stay.

A permanent contract with guaranteed hours is offered, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You’ll gain leadership experience across the hotel and have opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role.
