Production & Manufacturing Engineer — 4 Day Week

Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd in Staffordshire is seeking a Production and Manufacturing Engineer for a hands-on role in a fabrications environment. The position offers a 4-day week with Fridays off, and clear progression towards Production Management.

You will design and modify jigs, fixtures and tooling, produce CAD drawings, and work with shop floor operators to implement practical improvements across CNC laser cutting, punch, welding and machining.
