Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager for a luxury 4* hotel in Cornwall. The role carries responsibility for all maintenance activities to ensure a safe, cost‑effective, and smoothly run guest experience.

You will liaise daily with departments and contractors, oversee planned maintenance, and ensure safe use of tools under COSHH regulations. A driving licence is preferred given the location and site requirements.
