The Monogram Collective invites a Head Chef to join East Haugh House, a new Highland hospitality destination. You’ll lead food offering, shape the kitchen culture, and collaborate with the House Manager to deliver a warm, personal guest experience.
You will be hands-on, manage breakfast and dinner service for a small guest house, source seasonal Scottish produce, and maintain high hygiene and quality standards in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
