You will play a key part in analyzing the societal impacts of AI, developing ethical guidelines, and advising internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the ethical implications and societal impact of AI technologies.
• Develop and refine policies, frameworks, and best practices for responsible AI development .
• Monitor and report on relevant global AI regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating ethical concerns in AI projects.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to ensure ethical considerations are integrated into the AI lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Ethics, Law, Sociology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in policy analysis, ethical review, or regulatory compliance, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and their ethical dimensions.
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and ethical concepts into actionable policy recommendations.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
