Stock Control Team Lead — Growth, Training & Benefits

Monsoon operates a Wellingborough Distribution Centre and is seeking a Stock Control Team Leader to support the stock control team and drive productivity. You will help deploy resources, monitor performance, and report shortfalls to help achieve DC targets.

Successful candidates will have proven leadership in a distribution environment, strong organisational and communication skills, and confidence using Word, Excel and Outlook. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00.
