HR Assistant, Year-in-Industry Placement (Hybrid)

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is offering a 12-month Year in Industry placement for an undergraduate student to support our HR team at Cardrew Industrial Estate, Redruth. The role is hybrid, providing essential HR administration and recruitment support within a growing business.

You will assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, data management, and HR projects under guidance from the HR Advisor for Central Functions and SBD.
