Strategic On‑Site Highway Project Lead

Randstad Construction & Property in East Sussex is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a highways infrastructure project on a 6‑month contract, (£70 per hour umbrella inside IR35).

You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant, and traffic management, review RAMS, and maintain quality and safety across all works. The role includes mentoring newer project managers on site and ensuring on-time delivery to specification.
