Andras Hotels in Belfast is seeking a Head Chef for the Holiday Inn at 40 Hope Street to lead our kitchen team and deliver high‑quality dishes for all outlets.

You will direct daily kitchen activities, plan and assign work, coach staff, manage stock and costs, and collaborate with the F&B Director on events. Minimum 2 years as Head Chef and 2 years in management required in a fast‑paced hotel environment. We offer training and progression opportunities within Andras Hotels.
