Wastewater Treatment Operator – Plant & Sludge

Wessex Water Services is seeking a hands-on operator to manage the operation and maintenance of sewerage treatment plants and pumping stations. The role involves running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge processes while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

You will work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, and contribute to health and safety across the site. Eligible candidates should have GCSEs and be able to work in confined spaces if required.
