Remote Overnight Counsellor — 24/7 Helpline

The Portfolio Group are recruiting a Helpline Counsellor for a remote role on night shifts to support a health and wellbeing network that has helped millions. You will provide immediate emotional support, perform clinical assessments, and signpost callers as needed on a 24/7 helpline.
