Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a dedicated care professional to provide overnight support for a child with CHARGE syndrome in Ockley. You will deliver care per the care plan, including ventilator care, PEG feeds, hydration, and oxygen as prescribed, while coordinating with a registered nurse for clinical guidance.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with a supportable pathway for supervision, training, and career progression within the CCH
