Senior Housing & Performance Manager — Hybrid

Radius Housing is recruiting a Senior Housing Officer to deliver an operational housing management service within the Communities Directorate. The role supports Area Housing Managers to drive KPI improvements through income recovery, voids, allocations and neighbourhood management.

The post requires a Level 6 qualification or 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 5 years of housing management experience with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
