Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of infrastructure projects and programmes from concept to closeout
  • Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts as the named Project Manager or in a representative role
  • Provide leadership and develop project teams in challenging or ambiguous environments
  • Manage stakeholders and build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Oversee planning, financial management, and project controls across multiple work streams
  • Drive problem solving and shape complex issues into delivery solutions
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff
  • Coordinate with client teams and cross-functional partners across multiple regions

Key requirements

  • NEC3 or NEC4 accreditation
  • Significant experience in infrastructure/project or programme management across project lifecycle
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and teamwork capabilities
  • Proven ability in planning, communication, and managing multiple work streams
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams
  • Experience with project controls, financial management, and HSE/Q management
  • Experience with procurement and NEC contracts (beneficial)
  • Degree or HND in relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Professional affiliation with APM/ICE or similar (desirable)
  • PM certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP) (desirable)
